Established in 1976 Dennis Lee & Co offer a highly skilled CNC machine shop, with the ability to produce quality precision machined parts to order.
We can produce machined components in small batch quantities (including samples & prototypes) as well as large batch runs.
With a range of Live Tooling CNC lathes & Milling centres we manufacture from a wide range of materials including carbon steel, Brass, Aluminium, Stainless steel & plastics. We can offer a range metal treatments such as zinc plating, anodizing & hardening.
We offer a full complete cylinder refurbishment, with a free assessment & quotation prior to work being carried out. We can refurbish even the most badly damaged hydraulic cylinders, offering new Rods, Glands & seals as required. In our dedicated Hydraulic repair shop we carry vast stocks of Chrome rod & seals, and have full in house cylinder honing facility. Every repair is fully pressure tested prior to return.
With our many years of experience we are able to produce bespoke rams both one-offs & batch runs to order. Weather you have an existing ram, drawing or just an idea! We can work with you to get the result you want.
Hose repairs & hydraulic components are offered from our busy hydraulic trade counter. Bespoke Hydraulic hoses, fittings & kits can also be ordered and despatched nationwide. A full range of jet & power wash hose and fittings for repair or replace is also available We also produce & carry in stock all types of components and fittings for the fluid and air transfer systems.
We offer a complete welding & fabrication service both in house & on site carrying out repairs or refurbishments to complete new machine concepts. Working with our experienced design team we can assist you design and develop ideas and produce finished CAD designs.
A Dennis Lee engineer will travel to your site to replace hydraulic hoses, and any other hose applications, All mobile vans are capable of carrying out on-site fault finding, hydraulic hose installation and customer support. Our mobile hydraulic service vans are located around Norfolk and are available when you need them! The vans are stocked with a wide variety of hose, fittings and adaptors suitable for an extensive range of applications all supported by our Hydraulic Hose and Industrial Centres
